All rates and charges are inclusive of 10% GST unless otherwise stated. All calls are charged in 30 second increments. |

Additional mobiles may be added to this plan and your monthly access and included call spend is increased by $50.00 per mobile. i.e. 3 mobiles = monthly access is $150.00 and included call spend is $150.00. |

The following call types are included in you monthly call plan: standard National Voice and Video Calls, Standard National SMS, PTT and National MMS, Voicemail Deposits and Retrievals.
Other call types (not specifically mentioned in point 4) or calls made in excess of included call value will be charged in addition to the monthly access fee at the rates specified. |

The following call types are excluded from your monthly call plan: 124 YES (937), International Voice (including calls to national fixed or GSM mobile services that divert/switch or re-route overseas), video calls and SMS,
International roaming and diversion, International MMS, International video calling, 1800, 13 and 1300 numbers, calls to MobileSat, Mobile IM – Instant Messaging and True Local usage, Premium SMS, Optus Zoo browsing and downloads,
Content packs, Mobile Internet Usage, 966* Zoo, Directory Assistance, VOIP services and usage, Premium video, Operator Assistance, Video Conferencing and 19XX services. Normal charges apply for calls and services that are not part
of the cap value. You must comply with these terms including our Fair Use Policy when using the service. The service provides a connection to the internet via the Optus Mobile 3G or dual band and GSM Networks. |

Rates are applicable for calls made from and terminating in Australia. |

Connection Fee applies to Mobile to Mobile and Mobile to Landline Calls. |

Unused monthly included eligible calls do not roll over from month to month and are forfeited each month. |

Only call charges billed for that month are included in the minimum monthly spend calculations. Certain call types such as international roaming calls may take up to 3 months to appear on your bill. |

The minimum monthly commitment is your monthly plan fee. |

All plans are sold on a 24 month contract. |

Contract break fee is your monthly access fee x balance of the contract. |

All customers must have a current ABN to be eligible for this plan. |

All rates are current as at 1st April 2011. Plan may be withdrawn at any time. |

Minimum cost for 24 month contract based on 2 mobiles is $2400.00. |
